Dev dashboard function logs: Why not use .myshopify domain in filters?

The myshopify domain has always been an easy identifier for all shopify stores.

In the new dev dashboard function logs, the store production domain is shown instead of the myshopify one. Stores can change their domain whenever they want, plus, they can have multiple ones, so searching logs becomes quite difficult in those situations because the filter only works for that domain:

What could be the reason behind this decision? Also, if someone from the Shopify team is reading this post, would you consider bringing this up so we can go back to using the myshopify domain?
