Direct API Access documentation improvement

Hello,

The Direct API Access feature is a game changer of how apps are developed.

The documentation about this feature is currently scarce and I hope this changes in the future

I would like to suggest a change to the documentation to properly indicate that the custom url shopify:admin/api/graphql.json actually supports API versioning by adding the API version as this shopify:admin/api/2025-01/graphql.json

possible improvements to the doc:

  • add text to the explanation paragraph to mention API versioning in there
  • change the code example code snippet to use an API version
