Please consider increasing the character limit. With only 120 characters, we cannot clearly tell the customer which product or condition is preventing the discount code from working.
Hi @Kenn! The 120-character limit on enteredDiscountCodesReject messages is intentional - it’s designed to keep rejection messages concise for the checkout UI. That said, I hear you on wanting more room to explain why a code was rejected, especially when it’s product-specific.
I’ve gone ahead and submitted this as a feature request on your behalf. The more a specific feature is requested by our merchants and partners, the more likely it is to be considered for future development by our product teams so hopefully this is something the discounts team can consider in the future - thanks for raising this with us!
