Discrepancy between ShopPlan.publicDisplayName and ShopPlan.partnerDevelopment fields

Hi,

We have identified an inconsistency in the ShopPlan object data via the Admin GraphQL API:

ShopPlan - GraphQL Admin

Specifically, we have observed stores with the following configuration:

• publicDisplayName: ‘Development’

• partnerDevelopment: false

Since a ‘Development’ display name typically indicates a development store, we expected partnerDevelopment to be true. Could you clarify if this is an expected state or a data synchronization issue?
