Currently, the cart and checkout validation functions support the following targets:

The generic $.cart error banner appears at the top of the page, right above the “Contact” section. It would be great if we could display this banner in other sections of the checkout, such as above the Delivery methods or Payment methods, if validation fails due problem in those sections.
