[Feature request] detailed status for In-progress actions

Sometimes some workflow actions from our app are stuck in In-progress status and there is no way to investigate this further. It is clear that the action can be In-progress because it received 429 (retry after …) response code. Still, when merchants / developers are building workflows they sometimes don’t understand why exactly some action is stuck in “In-progress“ status for a long time (sometimes hours, while other runs of the same actions succeed).
