There are Shopify Flow runs that aren’t showing up in the list of runs by default but if I use the filter to search for text I can find them. But when I open the flow details it says its in an “unknown status”. Do you know what that means?
I would expect that to mean that some kind of uncaught error happened when it ran. Can you provide a workflow run link so we can see what happened?

I would suspect you have runs with errors or that are being throttled in your shop. Have you seen any of those?
