Could you share more details? For example you mention using PageFly which looks like a Shopify App that helps build individual pages.
Does that mean you’re trying to customize a specific Shopify store? Or are you trying to publish a Shopify app?
I assume the former.
What’s your goal with this integration? Are you trying to store additional information about customers after they register an account on the store and then record this data to a Firebase database?

Right, Shopify manages your customer’s credentials on your behalf. Firebase is another account management solution, you won’t be able to override Shopify’s account management with another provider, like Firebase.
I want to setup professional login portal.
Can you please be more specific about what you mean by this? Shopify already offers a login/registration/lost password flow that is professional.
What is lacking that you cannot do with the out of the box Shopify customer account system?
