Firefox: s-text-field borders intermittently disappear until browser zoom changes

Hi Shopify team,

I’m experiencing a rendering issue with Polaris Web Components (s-text-field) in Firefox.

Issue

  • The top, left, or right border of some s-text-field components is not visible.

  • The issue only occurs in Firefox.

  • If I change the browser zoom the borders immediately render correctly.

  • The issue is intermittent but reproducible.

I also noticed the same behavior in Shopify Admin → Products → Create Product, which suggests the issue is not specific to my application.

Question

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known Firefox rendering issue or a Polaris Web Components bug?
