We are trying to make use of the Advanced DOM events (which we should have access to, as it shows in our account settings).
We added an extension to our shopify app and created an app pixel following this guide (the code for the pixel its just the base example found in the docs).
We managed to deploy a new version to the app but when testing it we get no results, the advanced events are not working.
Please help us in debugging the issue. Many thanks in advance!
Thanks @Luke! we are indeed a session replay tool and we’re on the shopify partner program. Our shopify app is a development one, and while it shows “basic” and not “shopify plus”, I’d like to test these events before committing to any kind of payment. It should be possible in the dev environment, no?
The new dev dashboard allows you to create a development store, while also selecting the plan. So I’d suggest creating a new store and select the plus plan, then testing.
