Getting reported for 4.3.3 Don't distract merchants on a very simple HS Beacon animation

We received the following feedback regarding our Built for Shopify badge requirements:

4.3.3 Don’t distract merchants: Your app must not utilize animations that draw attention and is unrelated to a merchant action. The support chat bubble animates when the app is first installed.

We are using HelpScout Beacon for live chat, and it includes a subtle fade-in animation when the app is opened for the first time. After reviewing their documentation, we were unable to find an option to completely disable this animation, as it appears to be part of their default behavior.

We have also noticed that some other Built for Shopify apps display animated elements, including chat bubbles. Because of this, we are trying to better understand how this guideline is interpreted and enforced in practice.

Since HelpScout Beacon does not provide a way to disable this animation and the effect is very minimal, should we consider responding to the BFS team to clarify our implementation and request a re-review?
