Product page.
If your product has images, product info section is always glued to the left of the screen, regardless whether its “Page” or “Full” width.
Can be seen on the Horizon theme store demo shop, need to make it full-screen.

When the Product info section is set to “Page” width, there should then be a setting in the Product media block called “Extend to screen edge”
When that setting is off, you should obtain the Expected layout you showed.

I should’ve dug deeper 
But the UX/UI of this is subpar in my opinion.
At least, default setting for the “extend” should be off, so that it behaves “traditionally”.
And having these settings spread into different locations does not help…
