Product Image Overlaps Announcement Bar When Header “Transparent Background” is Enabled (Horizon v3.0.0)

Short description of issue

When “Transparent background” is enabled for the Header on product pages, the product images shift to the very top of the page and overlap the announcement bar.

Reproduction steps

This behavior started occurring as of version 3.0.0.

Steps to reproduce (using a fresh install of the default Horizon theme):

Go to the product page.

In Sections → Header, enable Transparent background for “Product page”

Observe that the product images align to the top and cover the announcement bar.

Expected behavior:
The product images should maintain proper spacing below the announcement bar, consistent with when the transparent background is disabled like it was before until version 2.1.6

The issue solved as of theme version 3.1.0.
