Horizon/Vessel 3.3.0 submenu problems
Reproduction steps
Need to have drop-downs and logo must be higher than top menu level items.
When hovering over top menu items, mega-menu shows, but there is a gap between hovered item and its child menu => the submenu closes when mouse over this gap.
