We are on the Shopify Plus plan. According to Shopify’s documentation：https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/customers/customer-accounts/new-customer-accounts/identity-provider , we have connected to identity providers such as Microsoft and our own ID login system. However, the following error is reported during testing. How can I solve it?

I have the same issue. Shopify should be able to give better info on how to debug IDP issues. It’s like writing a test without know the question.
I can see from our logs that Shopify is successfully validating the access token so I am guessing its missing a claim but which one? Somebody help!
I tested some IDProviders and I can connect with auth0.com and clerk.com.
Especially clerk.com is easy. Just follow this page.
