Hi, Iam experiencing a minor issue with the Shopify form app. When I click on the form input and type any text in the field, the field’s design breaks.
Please navigate to this section and click on the gift.
Then check this form
Since this app was developed by Shopify your best option for troubleshooting this would be to contact Shopify support directly here: https://help.shopify.com/en
I contacted Shopify support before coming here. Shopify support told me to go there and raise your query; any Shopify staff will help you.
