When opening the dashboard and attempting to login it says that a confirmation email has been sent to my mailbox which I need to open in order to activate my account. No email gets sent (there is alos no resend button?) unless I attempt it for the first time from a new browser - then it sends a mail that only confirms if it was me, but it does not activate my account. Please help.
Hey @monna_G, this looks like an account-level email verification issue rather than the business email verification for the Dev Dashboard. The “Login detected” email you’re getting is a security notification about a new device sign-in, which is a different email type from the one needed to actually verify your account.
I’ll send you a DM to confirm the email address in question and see if we can resend it to you.
In the meantime, worth checking your spam/junk/promotions folders for an email with the subject “Verify your email address” - that’s the one you need (as opposed to the login detection or business verification emails).
