Não consigo fazer a verificação do dashboard através do email, já olhei em todas as entradas do email e spam e não recebi nenhum email e nem consigo envio de outro. Como posso continuar com esse processo?
Hey @irreal - that page doesn’t actually send a new verification email when it loads, so the email may have been sent at an earlier stage when you first used that email address with Shopify.
I’ve triggered a new verification email to your address just now so hopefully that arrives. If you still can’t find it at that point, it’d be worth checking the email audit logs for your mail server.
As a final step you could reach out to our Support team at https://help.shopify.com/en → Chat with a human and they’ll be able to check and confirm it was sent correctly from our end - hope this helps!
