I try to register on dev dashboard and appear like if shopify gonna send me an email but this never arrives

Assuming you’ve already done this, but check your spam/junk folder and any other tabs or filters you may have. If it’s not there, try requesting the email again after clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.
If you’ve done all that and still nothing, reach out in our help center directly to have our support team take a look.
