I cannot click the ‘Apply now’ button to apply for Built for Shopify, despite passing all of the automated tests (see images attached) Has anyone seen this before?

Happened to me in the past. It can take a couple of days to update, but if it doesn’t, reach out to partner support.
A bug caused my checklist to stay like this, and they fixed it.

I think the reason you’re not able to apply is because you haven’t had 100+ measurements of the INP over the past 30 days. We ran into a similar issue with one of our apps that’s used for sending out email reports, users hardly log in once it’s setup so we don’t have a ton of measurements each month.
The INP doesn’t get measured quite as much as the other web vitals so you can have the LCP with > 100 measurements and the INP with < 100.
It’s a little hard to count the exact value from the screenshot you provided but it looks like you’re close to the 100 number, and with the lower numbers from Feb 18-20 rolling off you should be able to get there soon.
