Hey @Manikandan_Kannan :wave: Are you trying to access the Dev Dashboard from within a merchant store’s admin, or from your Partner Dashboard directly?

If it’s from a store where you have collaborator access, that won’t work. Collaborators can’t access the Dev Dashboard because they don’t have organizational-level permissions. You’d need a staff account with the Apps Developer access scopes enabled:

If it’s on your own Partner Account’s Dev Dashboard, if you’re open to sharing your partner organization ID, I can take a look on our end to see what’s happening there. Hope this helps!

I’m having the exact same problem, I just created the Partners account and the Organization and cannot access the Dev Dashboard. Getting a 403.
My Partner Organization ID is 4725678

@Alan_G I was trying from partner dashboard. Partner ID : 4721630
