@TerenceShopify can I kindly ask you also to I don’t know, migrate my account? At the moment Im totally blocked with any development. I cant access the dev dashboard nor manage the app directly from Partner Portal as previously
The migration of all partner accounts has finished so you should be able to access the dev dashboard without needing to take any action on your side. Are you also seeing a 403 error?

Not only I cant see 403, for some reason my partner account seems to be removed… Partner Portal cannot find my account anymore when I’m logging with my email address I always use. I created a new organization but dev dashboard still returns 403 for me
EDIT:
I was able to login to my partner account (I used to have +2 in email and it seems to have this suffix cut). But even though, I’m still having 403
