Short description of issue
Image block does not allow fine control of image size - Horizon 3.3.1
Reproduction steps
The image block does not allow pixel units to be used to set the image width and it does not work well when small images such as badges are used.
The logo block has better control with pixels or percentages but does not allow custom images to be used.
Additional info
It would be beneficial to have the option to choose between pixels or percentages in the image block - and separate on mobile.
