Incident on the bulk operation's graphql query today?

Hi, we observed in our logs many http requests timing out on the bulkOperation graphql query today.

For example this one:

query BulkOperationQuery($id: ID!){
  node(id: $id) {
    ... on BulkOperation {
      url
      status
      errorCode
    }
  }
}

Was there any down time around it today?

It started at 2026-10-30 06:21:01.148 CET
Peak of error registered arround 2026-10-30 10:45:52.546 CET.

A random bulk operation ID that got error: 8753527619672

I do not have request IDs to share because it’s timing out before getting a response.

I have no evidences whether the timeouts are from Shopify, or from somewhere else on the network.

Is there something on Shopify side you can communicate?
