INP not applicable

Hi there,

on the partner dashboard I see that the INP for my app is “Not applicable”, how can I fix that?

I’m using the latest app bridge version.

Hi @baggio_giacomo - it’s likely you’re seeing this due to your apps UI not seeing a high enough threshold of user interaction. To calculate an accurate score we need to have >100 users interact with it in the previous 30 days.

Can you confirm that it is equal to the sum of all the “Number of loads” of the last 30 days?

Hi @baggio_giacomo did you resolve this? we have same issue and not sure what constitute of lNP loads. if its widget clicks by customers on store front on in app unique clicks. @Liam-Shopify pls need your help

Hi @Toju_Ogbeide,

I don’t think this is unique for each store. If you load (I think opening the app is enough) the app 5 times, you should see 5 loads on the INP graph

Thanks for your feedback - Got it, I had my dev make some changes and will monitor next few days. Whats confusing is that our widget is a donation widget in cart/ checkout and gets interacted with by store customers daily often 2k plus clicks but it doesn’t register as loads. So thinking loads meant merchant logging into our app. Else those widget interactions are not being logged.
