Is using Polaris mandatory for Built for Shopify Badge

Hello Good People,

We are applying for Bulilt for Shopify Badge and our app is built on Polaris Design system. But we face some difficulties in implementing custom designs using polaris which takes a good amount of time.

If we choose to use TailwindCSS but keeps the look same as Polaris Components, will it be problematic to achieve the badge?

As long as you follow the design system and UX best practices, BFS won’t be an issue.

There’s already an open-source, unofficial Polaris library for the Vue framework that devs have used successfully while still receiving the BFS badge.
