Issue with Managed Pricing Plans Showing 404 on Admin Pricing Page

Hi Shopify Support Team,

I have created 2 pricing plans for my app “moby-marketing” in the Partner Dashboard under the Pricing and Plans section. The plans are active and published.

I am testing the app with the development store quickstart-fa2183ca. When I visit the following Shopify admin URL to view/manage the app’s pricing plans for this store: https://admin.shopify.com/store/quickstart-fa2183ca/charges/moby-marketing/pricing_plans

  • Initially, the page loaded, but no plans were shown.
  • Now, this same URL is returning a 404 error.
    I have confirmed:
  • The store handle and app handle are correct.
  • The app is installed on the store.
  • I am logged in as the store admin.
    Could you please help me understand why the pricing plans are not displaying properly and why the URL intermittently returns a 404 error?

Is there any delay in syncing plans or additional setup needed for the plans to show correctly on the store admin?
