Issue with the automated verification process of my Shopify app

Hello ,

I am experiencing an issue with the automated verification process of my application on the Partner Dashboard.

When I run the check, it gets stuck on the step:
**“Immediately redirects to app UI after authentication”**

Additionally, there was an error on:
**“Verifies webhooks with HMAC signatures”**
which I have already fixed in my application.

However, the check still seems to be running for several days, with no way to stop or restart it.

I am attaching a screenshot showing the current state of the check.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on how to stop this stuck check and correctly restart the process.

Hey @Ahmed_khattabi, I would recommend to uninstall your app from a development store and install your app again. That can sometimes help kickstart the stuck automated checks.

If you’ve done that and it’s still stuck after 24 hours let me know.

After I initially posted my question, I was able to resolve the issue by creating a new application on the Partner Dashboard with the same settings as the first one, then deleting the original app. With the new app, I didn’t encounter the problem again and everything worked fine.
