LCP Data Reporting Issue: Metrics flatlined/stopped after December 18

Hi everyone,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the Core Web Vitals (LCP) reporting for my Shopify app. Specifically, the LCP data in the Partner Dashboard has stopped updating entirely after December 18, 2025.

Prior to this date, the data was flowing correctly, but it has now flatlined or shows “No Data” for the recent days.

Is anyone else seeing a gap in their performance analytics starting around the 18th? I’m trying to determine if this is a known platform-wide delay or if there is a specific configuration issue I need to address.

Any insights from the Shopify team or fellow developers would be greatly appreciated.

Same with us. The stats not updaing since Dec 18.

hey Alan_G. the issue was may be from the shopify end for 3 to 4 days. after that automatically data receiving as usual.
