Could you tell me a bit more about which specific plan you purchased and where you bought it (for example, was this a Shopify Paid plan)? Also, just to clarify, was this a trial or development shop that you had purchased a Shopify plan for, and once you did that it was removed from access on the Shopify mobile app? Yes i purchased plan first it was a development store or partener account and i purchased basic plan but it suddenly dissapear from my shopify app or partener account in browser
