We’re moving payouts, partner billing, and business settings from Partner Dashboard to Organization settings, accessible through Dev Dashboard.
To get started, sign in to Dev Dashboard, select your partner organization, and open Organization settings. Use Payouts for money paid to your organization and Partner billing for charges billed to it.

If you can’t find a page, check that you’ve selected the correct organization, then ask your organization owner to review your access.
