Does anyone know if there are any apps for managing 3rd party banner ads for Shopify stores? I know there are tons for paying for ads… I’m just looking for something that can display a banner ad from another vendor on my store, and collect and display data on impressions and clicks.
Or is that just not a thing?

I’ve searched for other keywords like adsense, to see if there’s anything tailored for that, but not coming up with much that would match what you’re suggesting.

I know I can inject scripts for ads within a customer liquid section/block. Is there any way to tap into that for gathering impressions and data. I see some stuff under Customer Events for adding custom pixels, I assume for gathering data. Could I utilize that for my purposes?
