At the moment, a market cannot be customized in the theme editor unless the store’s primary language is also added to that market.
For example:
If the store’s main language is Spanish (es) and you create a Portuguese market, you must include Spanish in that market in order to create contextual edits via theme customizer.
This means you end up having to add the primary language to every market (e.g., Spanish in France, Spanish in Portugal, etc.), which in a lot of cases does not make sense.
Are there plans to fix this limitation?
