The Marketing Automation data you’re asking about (automation names, status, reach, visits, orders, conversion rate, sales) is not currently available via the Shopify Admin API.
There is a MarketingActivity API, but it’s designed for apps that create marketing activities, not for retrieving native Shopify Marketing Automations like abandoned checkout flows or welcome series.
I also checked ShopifyQL. The available datasets (orders, products, sales, sessions, customers) don’t include Marketing Automation workflow data.
