Missing App Review Email – Wrong Email Provided

I submitted my app for review but accidentally provided the wrong email address. Shopify’s review team sent the feedback to that incorrect email, so I haven’t received it. I’ve since updated my email in the listing, but I still need the reviewer to contact me at the correct address.

The issue is that there’s no direct way to communicate with the reviewer to request a resend. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you get it resolved?

I would suggest contacting Partner Support - they should be able to resend you the feedback.

Thanks, Kevin! I reached out to Partner Support, and they told me that after updating my listing email, my app went back to review. This time, the reviewer will contact me at the correct email. Now just waiting for their reply.
