Missing metrics for webhook

I’m subscribed to the order/create webhook and I wanted to check the response time in the partner dashboard under Insights > Webhook metrics. I seem to only have app/uninstalled listed.

I can see that the webhook is firing based on the logs from my app and my implementation is very similar to the one in the docs

Is there some additional configuration required or am I looking in the wrong place for this information.

When did those webhooks fire?
The metrics aren’t always “live” and so you might just be experiencing a delay in the mtrics coming through

looking at the logs on my server they fired between 1-4 hours ago

I think theres likely just some delay in the dashboard, especially for low volume webhooks.
If you can trigger some more or wait until tomorrow to see if they appear. :slight_smile:

Thanks for your suggestion, I waited till the next morning my timezone and still no sign of them. I’m wondering if there’s some intervention I need to make or a known bug?

When you are firing the webhooks, are you simulating an event or are they actual events?

If you’re making non simulated events and they aren’t showing after 24hours, then I would recommend reaching out to our partner support team so they can take a look at your specific dashboard settings.
