Multi-Currency for manual payment methods

Has anyone been able to get this to work?

We operate in one of the many regions where Shopify Payments is not available, so if this means what it seems to mean that would be huge for us. Any input would be highly appreciated!

Wow that’s exciting! But it seems like it’s only available for Shopify Plus merchants using Shopify Payments :sob:

Oh my word, typical. Thanks for highlighting that @Patrick_Jakubik. The update did not mention anything like that so we were hoping it would be more useful.

Actually, I have Shopify Payments activated and this feature does not work for either DLC or B2B.

I also have Shopify Plus.

I spent 3 hours on a live chat explaining the feature to support as they didn’t even know about it. Then support made me jump through hoops to demonstrate the feature, including making new manual payment methods (which can’t even be deleted now).

I tested this on 2 stores, one is just a dev store solely with Shopify Payments which I had to go through and actually apply for etc - failed too, that is the only reason why Shopify is looking further as they blindly blamed me for making a customization initially to my store.

There is no update from Shopify about it and now I have a manual payment method active across all my markets that doesn’t work, confuses customers and makes a mess when it converts all the values back to the base currency (support asked me to activate it whilst they check it out, which was 3 days ago).

The changelog not accurate in my case, it does not work with any of our markets for either B2B or DLC.

This cost a day trying to get working with no progress or success too. Does anyone have this working?
