Need Clarity on Theme Rejection After Final Submission Attempt

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a challenge with a recent theme submission that was just rejected—this was my final attempt before the 90-day wait period. Despite following the official guidelines, applying past feedback, and making significant improvements, the theme was still not approved.

I’ve done my best to refine every detail and even reached out to support previously, but I couldn’t get a clear explanation for the rejection. Without specific feedback, it’s hard to understand what’s going wrong or how to fix it.

This has been really discouraging, and it’s affecting my motivation and workflow. Has anyone here experienced something similar or found a way to get clearer insights from the review process? I’d appreciate any guidance, advice, or suggestions from the community.

Thanks in advance!> Blockquote

Hey @Faizan_Ali_Khan,

This sounds like a confusing experience. I imagine you have been developing your theme for a while. On May 15th, the guidelines were updated. Have you gone through the updated requirements to see if anything stands out?

If your theme is being rejected without clear feedback, that would suggest that one or more of the main requirements isn’t met. If you haven’t already, it may help to have someone who hasn’t seen your theme before go through the requirements checklist to see if they notice anything you may have overlooked.

Once you’ve met all of the main requirements that is when the review team will open up more direct email communication to work on getting it over the line.

Hey @Faizan_Ali_Khan, did the above help at all?
