New Dev Stores have customize admin screen issues and are not able to be validated with support

As of 1 week ago, newly created dev stores are having admin panel issues specific to the admin > theme > customization section. I am unable to access, edit or make changes in this area whether there is a theme, custom theme or the default theme.

These stores are also not able to be selected in the support chat, pin.shopify.com to be validated to receive ANY support at all.

My partner portal also does not let me access partner support any longer either I get these errors:

I would love to be able to receive some help on this as it is a new issue after 7 years issue fre.

Is this happening with all new dev stores you create? Can you contact support via older dev stores?
