Every now and again, I get an issue with “No internet connection” error and this only ever occurs in Google Chrome.
There doesn’t appear to be any specific reason this occurs, but it specifically occurs in the admin when I’m in the Online Store sales channel. Other areas of admin do not seem to be impacted.
When I get the error, there is a lot of inconsistency in what I’m able to do. I can connect a new theme for instance from Github but I can’t rename that theme once it’s been uploaded. Would love to know how to fix!
I got this yesterday, i thought it’s my internet connection so i simply turned off and on laptop wifi and it fixed this, sounds stupid but it worked lol
Really?! That’s interesting so possibly more of a hardware issue than software? I’ll have to try that next time. It was problematic all morning - I stepped away from the computer for lunch and since returning not getting the issue
So will see. I’ll test it out once I get it again if it resolves. Would love to know what the actual issue is, but if that’s all that it is that’s a pretty simple “fix.”
