No redirect to Order Status Page?

Hey @pmillegan @Liam-Shopify, had a SUPER weird one today I’ve not seen before.

This merchant: [redacted]

When we go to their Thank You Page, if we hit refresh it just stays on their TYP - there is no redirect to the Order Status Page.

And, if you click on ‘view your order’ from their order confirmation email, it also takes them to the Thank You Page as opposed to the order status page.

Am I missing something really simple here?

Since I’m not seeing other reports of this, there may be a store-specific issue going on here. I’m leaning towards UI Extensions, but will need to confirm. Can you reach out to support so we can be authorized to investigate the store? Just mention Developer Support with a link to this post, and we’ll assist you from there :slight_smile:
