Not Receiving 10-Digit Verification Code – Unable to Log In as Shopify Partner

Hi everyone, I’m an employee of Moda Live, a Shopify Partner, and we’re experiencing an issue where the account owner is unable to log in. Shopify is supposed to send a 10-digit verification code via email, but we haven’t been receiving it. We’ve checked spam, junk, and filters, but still nothing. This is preventing us from accessing the account and adding new employees. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it or contact Shopify Support efficiently? We tried https://help.shopify.com/ but the chatbot demands us to login before talking to a human…
From another account I contacted https://help.shopify.com/ and they said the account should contact them directly, but the account can’t login as I said due to inactivity and does not receive the emai code from shopify.
So how can the account contact shopify ?
