Is this for your Shopify Partner account? I’m afraid this forum is focused more on API troubleshooting, anything related to accounts would need to be addressed by direct support.

Yes, my issue is related to Shopify Partner account.

Actually, I reached out to the support many times, but my issue has still not been solved so that’s why I posted here.
