Online store in products stuck on schedule

Hi there, I’m in serious need to of help. When I go into products, and my sales channels for online store, it’s stuck on schedule. I cannot remove it, I try scheduling and it does nothing, I have tried every possible thing. Checked all the the things throughout my whole page, been in bulk edit, ensured it’s all correct, and still this problems persist. It’s the same with product title, it’s all exactly the same, but it’s greyed out in bulk editor. Would anyone have any deeper routed suggestions to resolve this issue, as it’s been going on for weeks now, I have reached out for help but with no such luck, many thanks.

Hi @donna_donald :waving_hand: - hopefully I’m understanding things correctly, but you’re unable to make products live on your storefront and they’re only showing up as “scheduled” to publish in your admin?

If the issue is happening only in your admin, the best spot to reach out to would be either our Merchant/Shop Owner focused forums here or through help.shopify.com directly. These forums are mainly for folks who develop third party apps, themes and integrations using our APIs/Developer Tools.

@donna_donald If by this you mean products not publishing because the schedule is always set in the future.
Check if the system time of your environment access the admin is different than actual time or store time. Either in the local operating system , a remote environment, or even through browser extensions etc.
It’s was a long time ago so I don’t think it applies anymore but there was a behavior where the publishing schedule seemed to use the users time instead of an actual system time.

After that do the typical clean browser cache check, try a different system/browser/incognito-browser, sign out sign in , or :bomb: outright clear browser cache(this will reset a lot of things not just shopify)
