Makes you sure you have iOS Simulator within Xcode installed; not just Xcode
Hi David,
Thank you for your help! The issue seems to be resolved now.

Hi Nitzan,
I noticed you previously had the same issue I’m facing right now — when scanning the QR code on a physical iOS device, the Mini just shows a blank white screen inside the Shopify app.
I tested everything on the same network as my iOS device, and my local machine already has Xcode and the simulator installed, but I still get the white screen
In my case the fix was simply installing some iOS version (a few GB’s) on the Xcode simulator
Thanks for the update!
Just to clarify — the iOS version you installed on the Xcode simulator, did it have to match the iOS version of your physical device?
I’m trying to understand whether this issue is actually related to the iOS version installed inside Xcode. It feels a bit strange that my phone wouldn’t show the Mini just because the simulator doesn’t have the same iOS version, so I’m curious how it worked in your case.
Thanks again!
Hey,
I’m not sure, bc I didn’t use the CLI’s QR code thing, the the xCode simulator.
@Nitzan_Lev when you see “Your device is not supported at this time” it’s because you are using the production version of Shop from the Play Store (purple icon) - if you want to test on a physical Android device you need to plug it in to your computer, press a and install the dev build of Shop (pink icon) on your device. This allows you to scan the QR code and it will be able to connect
