I noticed that the “Order Confirmation Email” is confusing if sent after an exchange has been created using the exchange API. See this example:
Return & Exchange created on Sept 24:
Then on October 8, the “Order Confirmation Email” was sent which looked like:
I think this is confusing because the customer may think that they paid $151.30 and be concerned that they were overcharged. I think ideally this price breakdown would include “returns”, and instead of “Order Total” (or in addition to it) we show “Paid”, so be extra clear to the customer what they paid (which is $88.43 in this case, not $169.38).
