Orders/risk_assessment_changed webhook topic

When I try to create a webhook for orders/risk_assessment_changed topic, i get a 404 response with:

    "errors": "Could not find the webhook topic orders/risk_assessment_changed"
}

Does this topic not exist? Do we need special permission to subscribe to it? We already have orders scopes.

It is not available for REST Admin API. Please try using GraphQL Admin API.
