Hello everyone!
I feel like the theme editor quickly gets cluttered with options—especially with mobile and desktop settings mixed together. When developing themes I feel like we leave out settings to make it less confusing for the merchant. It would be helpful to have a dropdown section to better group and hide certain settings. Just like the custom css drop down on sections, but for our own section settings.
Why this would help:
- Better organization – Keeps related settings together, making it easier to navigate.
- Improved merchant experience – Merchants won’t have to scroll through unnecessary settings, reducing confusion.
- More consistent themes – Allows for a structured layout where settings are always in expected places.
Question: Is there already a way to do this? If not, could this be something worth considering for future updates? All i find are these Sidebar Settings
Please let me know if you have any good solutions (I already use headers and paragraph, but i feel like these add to the clutter)
