Parent filename 'index.json' does not exist

I have been working on updating some content and images to my overall page. I made a duplicate so I could work on it in the background before publishing.

After an update of image, I hit the ‘back’ button and then this red error message popped up (as titled above).

This was within the copy version, but it has now affected every single version we have had.

I can’t do anything.

Help!

Hi Clare,

Where you making changes to the code of the theme? Sounds like you may have accidentally deleted the index.json template file - although it does sound unexpected that you’d see this error for other versions of themes.

Hey Clare, I have had this issue using the --theme-editor-sync flag. I’ve updated to the latest CLI version and haven’t had that since.
