Shopify CLI index.json missing
Shopify theme pull -l for a live theme download
Attempted to view it in localhost
Errors present
Even though mentioned parent file index.json exists i still get errors in terminal

Hello @Olaf_Kowalczyk,
From my experience, either the file has issues that prevents the upload or, most probably, the cache was not refreshed. In order to force a refresh, you can remove add a character to the file (like a new line or space), save, revert to the earlier state and save again. First, on the templates/index.json and if the problem persists, on the templates/index.context.{context_name}.json files
